This tiny annual herb is found in southern California, Arizona and adjacent regions on Mexico.

CI

Observed mainly on open, brightly lit habitats such as the crests of hills.  This species is green and growing in January and February, often associated with Crassula cornata.  As the soil dries the plants produce flowers.
